Damian Baldet, longtime member of The Civilians, gives us Pugilist - a dark, often hilarious exploration of modern man's search for vindication in a society with no formal code of honor. Through interviews with his grandfather, fevered imaginings of Alexander Hamilton's final hours and personal tales of honor lost and lost again, Baldet weaves a tattered tapestry of cowardice, bravery, violence and paralysis.
